Depending on the amount of detail/special request(s) in the order, my turnaround time is 5-7 business days (not including shipping).

I will always try my absolute best to remove unwanted items from your image, but I am limited to the photos you send me and what I am able to find on mapping websites. The more pictures you send me, the better a job I will be able to do

Absolutely! Send me an email if you would like to request custom dimensions and I will send you prices.

YES! As long as I have an email address to send updates to, I always send progress pictures to ensure 100% satisfaction with your portrait.

Changes can be made to the order within 12 hours of your order, after which any request changes will be made at my discretion. Changes are very difficult if not impossible to make after I start drawing, so please ensure you double-check to ensure all the details with your order are full and complete.

I work diligently to provide the best quality product and send final image confirmations prior to shipping. If you are unhappy with your product when it arrives, please contact me at info@keatingfineart.ca and we will work together to resolve the issue.

All of my frames are outsourced to a local seller. I will make inquiries on your behalf for custom frames, but I am subject to the limitations of the seller.

Since each portrait is a custom product that is made-to-order, I do not offer returns or exchanges.

Order cancellations are only available within the first 12 hours. Please email info@keatingfineart.ca to make an order cancellation. After 12 hours, it is not possible to cancel an order. Partial refunds are not possible.

o Before getting in touch with me, please help us out by doing the following:

o Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address.

o Ask your local post office if they have your package.

o Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them.

o Pro tip: Package theft is on the rise— If you're expecting a home delivery and you know you won't be home to accept it, use an address where you know you'll be!

Delivery is free to Kitchener, Waterloo, and Cambridge. Delivery is charged at a flat rate of $20 to other areas in Ontario and $30 for other provinces.
